Responsibilities
Oversees planning, organizing and directing of the HR Department. Handles recruitment and selection, human resource information system (HRIS), benefits administration, performance management system and policy writing and analysis, salary administration, attendance timekeeping and employee relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Preferably with 20 years of work experience in human resource management, training or organizational development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Result-oriented with good analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, public relations, marketing and people handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati.
