We are currently hiring for a Senior Accounting Manager role with one of our US-based clients. This position is key to overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department and driving financial excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and payroll.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors.

Monitor and analyze accounting data, recommending improvements in systems and procedures.

Ensure timely and accurate tax filings while staying compliant with applicable regulations.

Provide financial insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to meet performance and growth objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong US accounting experience

CPA OR CMA is an advantage

Proven leadership skills

Solid background in corporate accounting

Experience in property management accounting

Proficiency in any of propert management softwares

Strong communication skills

This role requires not only strong technical accounting expertise but also proven leadership skills to guide and inspire a team.
