Purchasing Officer 2 yrs exp Quezon City

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

At least 2 years experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques

Familiarity with supply chain procedures

Attention to detail and analytical thinking

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Understanding of market research and cost analysis

Responsibilities :

Creates and maintains a database of suppliers and vendors.

Constantly Researches better or alternative suppliers and vendors.

Canvases Prices from different suppliers.

Negotiates terms of payments and discounts with suppliers.

Prepares purchase orders and other procurement documents.

Maintains a harmonious relationship with suppliers.

Works with quantity surveyor in completing the cost estimates.

Prepares consolidated reports on purchases per project.

Procurement of anything required for the business ranging from office supplies to equipment.

Assisting in administrative works such as liquidation of receipts and logistical activities.

Salary is 20k-30k per month.

Must be near Brgy. Old Balara, Quezon City.

Work is 8am to 5pm

Monday to Friday
