JOB REQUIREMENTS :

✨ Bachelor’s degree holder

✨ With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR / Company Nurse

✨Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna

✨Amenable to attend face to face interview

✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

✨Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations

✨Handle government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding taxes, including timely remittance and reporting

✨Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and overtime

✨Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities

✨Assist in employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures

✨Maintain and update employee files and HR databases

✨Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development

✨Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior
