Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Chicago, CDT)
Break : 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours : 40 hours

Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
Prepare and file tax returns
Manage and track revenue and expenses
Auditing
Ensure accurate bookkeeping entries for audit purposes
Support tax audits and safeguard against IRS audits using FIRM Methods
Financial Preparation
Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting
Support live-data processing for tax preparation using FIRM Methods
Requirements
MBA, ACCA (Inter), CMA (Inter), or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (required)
Familiarity with Zoho (a plus)
Must maintain a separate work user on their system and install a Remote Work Status App
Willingness to work overtime when required
