Schedule : Part-time (20 hours per week), must be available Monday mornings, Wednesdays and Thursday afternoons.

They’re expanding their digital presence with video content and patient education materials while maintaining meticulous patient account management. The clinic values content that aligns with their therapeutic approach and prioritizes accurate patient care coordination.
Job Description : You’ll play a dual role supporting both the administrative backbone and digital growth of a healthcare practice. This position offers the unique opportunity to impact patient care through precise account management while helping expand the clinic’s educational reach through video content and social media. You’ll work directly with clinic leadership in a flexible environment where your contributions directly enhance patient experience and business operations.

Requirements :
You bring familiarity with video editing tools preferably Opus AI or similar platforms (PRIORITY)
Experience with basic bookkeeping or account reconciliation
You have a strong attention to detail for numerical accuracy and can work independently in a remote environment.
Experience in healthcare or medical fields is preferred, and you’ll need the ability to complete HIPAA compliance training (provided).
Bonus if you have social media content creation experience and understand healthcare communication best practices.

Responsibilities : Perform account balancing and reconciliation for patient care plan packages Close out completed treatment plans and set up new patient care programs Communicate account status updates to patients as needed Edit videos using Opus AI platform for social media and patient education content Create and manage social media content to increase the clinic’s online presence Support automation of content systems for patient education materials Handle general administrative tasks to support daily clinic operations Maintain accuracy in all patient account records and numerical reconciliation Requirements : You bring experience with basic bookkeeping or account reconciliation and familiarity with video editing tools, preferably Opus AI or similar platforms.
