TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER (Recruiter)
PSWI seeks a TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER (Recruiter) who will be responsible for sourcing talent for various levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent experience
- At least two years of experience in recruitment and selection (in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviews, reference checks, etc.)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
- Background in Psychometrics strongly preferred
- Must be highly organized, experienced in scheduling, proficient in Microsoft Office, and adaptable to various computer-related apps and systems
- Open to all graduates of Psychology, Behavioral Science, IE or other related courses

Key Responsibilities :
Analyze industry, product, and geographical trends in talent.Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.Eventually may specialize in technical recruiting and / or highly specialized executive searches.Manage tools, resources, and technologies in identifying talent.May work with agencies, recruiting contractors and / or internet website representatives when conducting employment advertising campaigns.May develop, support, and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action, and career development programs.Work closely with line managers by providing support with the entire talent acquisition process.Work closely with the global HR organization by assisting with the full life cycle of talent acquisition to support dynamic business growth.Support peers and teams in the performance of duties and completion of talent acquisition work priorities. Offer technical advice and knowledge to others within the recruitment and talent discipline.Engage with line managers when a new job opening occurs to help them identify the exact skill set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position, and to advise generally on the best method to fill the position for best long-term business results.Work on strategic projects including talent pipeline management and talent development initiatives.Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings.Ensure that all new hires are onboarded in a professional and engaging way.Extract the necessary data required for monthly and weekly reporting from all recruitment systems and assist with the analysis of this data, preparing it for presentation to the relevant forums.Key Qualifications and Skills :
