Salary : Php 34,000 to Php 76,000
About the Role :
As the Recruitment Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of Career Support Associates responsible for supporting job seekers and employers throughout the hiring process. You will ensure team performance targets are achieved, coach and mentor your team for growth, and step in to support operational needs when necessary. This role also serves as the key point of contact for local operational updates, process improvements, and coordination with the US-based team.team.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership & Management :
- Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Career Support Associates
- Set daily and weekly performance targets, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs
- Conduct regular performance reviews and 1 : 1 coaching sessions
- Drive team morale, productivity, and accountability
- Manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage
Operational Support :
Oversee daily operations related to job seeker and employer engagementStep in to drive recruitment efforts when needed to meet hiring goalsMonitor team metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvementIdentify process gaps and propose scalable solutions in partnership with local teamsProvide escalation support for complex or sensitive job seeker / employer concernsJob Seeker & Employer Engagement :
Guide the team in reviewing candidate profiles and matching them with suitable job opportunitiesSupport initiatives to improve candidate readiness (e.g., resume reviews, interview coaching)Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling and candidate pipelinesBuild and maintain strong relationships with employers and job seekersQualifications :
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a contact center or recruitment operations environment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory capacityStrong leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of driving team performanceDemonstrated ability to manage workflows, priorities, and schedules effectivelyExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsAbility to work US night shift hoursProficient in using multiple tools and systems to manage job matching processesComfortable making multiple outbound calls for job coordination purposesPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in a US-based RPO or volume hiring environmentFamiliarity with recruitment CRM or ATS toolsExperience in scaling teams or contributing to startup operationsPassion for coaching and enabling career growthStrong background in customer support or sales, with a track record of achieving KPIsExperience managing high-performing teams (10+ members) in fast-paced environmentsProven ability to influence outcomes through persuasion, sales, and problem-solvingCandidates with attached CV and relevant experience will be considered for a phone interview.
