We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager to support the sales and marketing operations of our premium product lines, including windows, doors, floors, and furnishing materials. This role involves working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to expand market presence, develop dealer relationships, and strengthen the brand’s positioning in the high-end residential and construction sector. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, willing to travel extensively, and knowledgeable about the competitive landscape of luxury home and building solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Support & Client Relations
- Assist in managing sales activities across Metro Manila, particularly with high-end condominiums, developers, architects, and contractors (e.g., Rockwell, One Roxas Triangle)
- Support in selling and promoting products to accredited dealers and project accounts
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, developers, and key decision-makers
- Monitor competitor activities (e.g., Dexterton, Ethan Allan, Quisend, Wilcon Depot, Worldbex exhibitors) and provide market intelligence to management
Marketing & Brand Development
Support in planning and executing marketing strategies to position the brand in the luxury construction and home furnishing marketCoordinate marketing campaigns, events, and exhibits (e.g., Worldbex and related trade shows)Assist in preparing promotional materials, brochures, and product samples for dealers and clientsHelp ensure consistent brand messaging across marketing and sales activitiesBusiness Development & Partnerships
Assist in identifying new business opportunities with developers, architects, and design professionalsSupport partnerships with accredited suppliers and industry stakeholders to broaden market reachContribute to co-branding and sponsorship initiatives to enhance visibility within the industryOperations & Reporting
Help track sales performance, dealer accounts, and pipeline opportunitiesSupport in preparing weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for management reviewAssist in monitoring client payment schedules and collectionsCoordinate logistics for dealer visits, client meetings, and trade exhibitsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field3–5 years of combined sales and marketing experience, preferably in construction materials, home furnishings, or real estate development supplyStrong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage high-end clients and developersKnowledge of the luxury construction and home improvement market is an advantageWillingness to travel frequently within Metro Manila and nearby areas for dealer and client visitsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic marketing toolsPreferred Attributes :
