The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the company’s sales growth and profitability by setting strategic revenue targets, expanding the customer base, and leading nationwide sales operations. This role will also oversee marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, online platforms, and brand development, to ensure consistent market presence and strong customer engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve gross profit and revenue sales targets.
Monitor and verify accounts receivables (Current AR vs. Total AR).
Oversee provincial warehouse utilization and manage Sales Specialists nationwide.
Set revenue targets for each channel and category, and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
Implement strategies to maximize gross profit per channel and category.
Expand the customer base by integrating new products into existing channels and categories.
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance skills, productivity, and performance.
Develop and oversee marketing strategies, including digital marketing, website management, and inbound sales from online platforms.
