Responsibilities :
Manage and grow relationships with e-commerce platform partners to maximize business impact.
Lead negotiations for campaigns, visibility slots, and co-branded marketing efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, supply chain, sales) to align platform strategies and promotions.
Monitor platform performance metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates) and recommend data-driven improvements.
Ensure timely execution of platform campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Required Skills :
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, including at least 1 year of hands-on management on Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms.
Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI; able to translate analytics into strategy.
Strong cross-functional communication skills; capable of managing external clients and internal teams.
Experience working with both brand owners and distributors, with knowledge of brand licensing practices.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale ecommerce events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, or 12.12 mega campaigns).
Familiarity with SEA ecommerce logistics, payment systems, and customer service nuances.
