Responsibilities :
- Process orders accurately and timely across Amazon, Shopify, BestBuy, Walmart, and eBay.
- Handle lost / damaged claims, FBA / FBM accuracy, frame replacements, affiliate requests, and internal
purchases.
Oversee listings, pricing, account health, and monitor high-risk orders.Manage chargebacks, disputes, and resolve customer / order issues.Maintain sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics.Identify process inefficiencies, maintain SOPs, and organize resources.Track competitor pricing, strategies, and promotions for adjustments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.3–5 years of extensive e-commerce experience.Skilled in managing operations on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok.Digital marketing skills : SEO, SEM & paid ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), email marketing,content strategy.
