Job description

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Preferably Female (25 - 35 years old)
  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any business course
  • One year of Experience in an AP job with a bookkeeping background.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in payables.
  • Knowledge in accounting software, proficient in QuickBooks / Bookkeeping / Gov’t compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • In charge of all company Payables.
  • Preparation of checks for all company payables.
  • Petty Cash custodian
  • Recording of all transactions to QuickBooks / BIR Program.
  • Releasing Checks
  • Preparation of Suppliers 2307 forms

    • This position is for direct hire and not under an Agency.
