Key Responsibilities :

• Team Management : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and guidance, and assisting in improving sales results.
• Training & Development : Provide ongoing training, coaching, demonstration and mentoring to telesales agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
• Customer Interaction : Oversee and, when necessary, participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service and to resolve any escalated issues.
• Sales Targets : Set and review sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve telesales processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales results.
