Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Head is a strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for overseeing and driving both sales and marketing operations. Key Responsibilities / Duties
Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement cohesive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to adjust tactics and seize new opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership in setting quarterly and annual growth targets
Sales Leadership
Oversee and manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing dealsLead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targetsEstablish and nurture strong client relationships for long-term business growthMarketing Oversight

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (minimum of 10 years) in a leadership role covering both Sales and Marketing.Good to solid experience in handling and managing a team for both sales and marketing functions.ICT / Telecommunications industry experience is a strong plus.Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficient in CRM tools, marketing automation, and sales tracking systems.Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Can start immediately (ASAP).Practices and promotes work-life balance while maintaining high productivity.Positive attitude and team-player mentality.Specific skills & abilities
