The Marketing Head will lead the company’s overall marketing and brand strategy to strengthen Playmate Leisure Solutions Corp.’s market presence and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, brand management, digital marketing, public relations, and customer engagement initiatives that align with the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic, and data-driven leader who can translate business goals into effective marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
- Lead the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns across all platforms (digital, print, events, and partnerships).
- Align marketing goals with corporate objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
2. Branding and Communication
Strengthen and maintain the Playmate Leisure Solutions brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.Manage corporate communication and public relations efforts, including media partnerships and press releases.3. Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement
Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.Optimize online presence to enhance customer engagement and lead generation.Monitor analytics and campaign performance to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.4. Events and Promotions
Conceptualize and execute marketing events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.Collaborate with sales, operations, and procurement teams for product launches and brand activations.5. Team Management and Budgeting
Supervise, train, and mentor the marketing team to achieve department objectives.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strategic spending.Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners as needed.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role .Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.Creative thinker with excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.Experience in the leisure, entertainment, or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.Core Competencies
