Lead Generation Specialist (open to Fresh Graduates)

Under the direction of the Business Development Manager, the Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter performs a variety of duties for sales management in the Sales Department.

SPECIFIC DUTIES :

4. Answers incoming calls from prospective clients and set meeting with the sales team.

6. Provides reports on all the calls done for each day.

7. Performs other tasks assigned by the BDM, Directors or COO.

Education : Degree or Diploma preferably in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any relevant disciplines

Experience : Fresh graduates are welcome, appointment setter experience is an advantage; Outstanding listening skills and attention to details; excellent phone etiquette, professional and courteous disposition; results-oriented
