About the Role
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to support a U.S.-based software company specializing in sales management and quoting solutions for security and technology industries. The role focuses on building accurate and qualified prospect lists to help drive outbound marketing and sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Source, clean, and qualify company lists from platforms like Apollo and other databases.
Research company details and decision-makers using LinkedIn and company websites.
Enrich and verify contact data, ensuring accuracy of names, titles, and emails.
Prepare finalized prospect lists for upload into outreach tools such as Lemlist or Outplay.
Assist in sending initial outreach emails and tracking campaign responses.
Qualifications
Proficient in tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or similar.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data cleaning and organization.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good English communication and understanding of B2B targeting.
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM or outreach tools (HubSpot, Outplay, Lemlist, etc.).
Familiarity with email verification tools (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce).
