The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting the overall HR operations of the company, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures that HR processes run efficiently and that a positive, productive, and compliant workplace is maintained.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and company procedures.
Manage attendance, timekeeping, and payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement programs, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
