Join a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on paid advertising. Since launching in June 2025, the agency has grown to 5 clients and plans to expand to 10–12. Led by an experienced media buyer, this is a chance to make a direct impact on client success while gaining valuable experience in a high-growth environment.
This role is perfect for a Paid Advertising Specialist who wants to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple clients. You’ll start by analyzing and optimizing campaigns and gradually take on full campaign management. The position offers strong growth potential, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to help scale the agency.
Responsibilities
Analyze existing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts to identify optimization opportunities
Develop strategic recommendations and improvement plans for client campaigns
Conduct advanced keyword research and competitive analysis
Design and execute A / B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign elements
Monitor, allocate, and optimize advertising budgets across multiple accounts
Generate performance reports using Google Analytics and other tracking platforms
Collaborate with the agency owner on strategy development and implementation
Transition into independent campaign management and client communication
Support agency growth from 5 to 10–12 active client accounts
Contribute to scaling operational processes and implementing best practices
Requirements
Proven experience managing successful paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
Strong analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities and trends
Experience with advanced keyword research and A / B testing
Proficiency in budget management, bid optimization, and campaign monitoring
Expertise in Google Analytics and other performance tracking platforms
Knowledge of additional social media advertising platforms is a plus
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication
Willingness to start in a mentored environment and grow into autonomous management
Flexibility to transition from part-time to full-time as the agency scales
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional client results
