Description
The Talent Welfare and Relations Officer / Supervisor plays a strategic and supervisory role in ensuring employee welfare, engagement, and compliance with company and statutory requirements. This role oversees the implementation and continuous improvement of employee benefits, records management, employee services, and engagement programs. The Officer / Supervisor also leads or supports the resolution of employee concerns and contributes to the design and execution of HR-related initiatives and company events that promote a positive work culture and employee well-being.
