Job descriptionStrong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government compliance, and HR best practices. Hands-on experience with HR software, payroll systems, and digital HR tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Preferably available to start immediately.
Work Setup : On-site in Ortigas, Pasig
Schedule : Nightshift Schedule
Must Haves :
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, BA, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in a BPO setup
- Must have experience with end-to-end talent acquisition for both Volume and Support Leadership for BPO roles
- Champion in Employee Relations (ER), Employee Engagement (EE), and Compensation and Benefits (Comp & Ben)
