Schedule : Monday to Friday, anytime between 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to take ownership of key financial processes and support the company’s growth. You’ll use modern accounting software, manage day-to-day financial operations, and play a vital role in helping the business scale.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable processes and bill payment workflows
Process payroll for all team members
Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Develop and maintain budgeting systems, focusing on wage percentages and cost control
Monitor and analyze cash flow, tracking all incoming and outgoing funds
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping tasks using Xero
Prepare financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
Proven experience using Xero accounting software (worldwide accounting platform)
Strong bookkeeping background with a solid understanding of accounting principles
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup
Xero certification preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the business team
Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup
