Job Highlights
Contract : Independent Contractor
Schedule : 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm EST
Client Timezone : EST
Responsibilities
- Handle heavy administrative tasks related to property management operations
- Manage scheduling and coordination for property-related activities
- Facilitate communication between tenants, property owners, and management team
- Support management of apartment buildings including high-rise and low-rise properties
- Assist with condominium association management and HOA-style property operations
- Perform data entry level bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Integrate with existing team systems and software platforms
- Support daily operational activities to reduce workload on management
