As a Corporate Travel Associate, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of corporate travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your role will be integral to supporting the overall travel needs of our clients and contributing to the success of our business.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound requests for corporate travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
Researching and identifying the most cost-effective and efficient travel options for clients
Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all travel arrangements
Collaborating with the wider travel team to ensure a consistent and high-quality service is delivered
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients
Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our corporate travel offering
What we're looking for
Minimum of 2 years' experience GDS experience in a corporate travel or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and databases
Familiarity with travel industry regulations, policies, and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
