Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (E-Commerce VA) to support client’s online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reordering supplies.
- Process customer orders and handle inquiries regarding order status, returns, and exchanges.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and optimize product offerings.
- Support marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts and email campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and assist with SEO optimization.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce or a related administrative role.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in e-commerce software and tools (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.Requirements
