Job Description
This is a remote position.
We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels — including direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms, online retail sites, and major marketplaces.
In this role, you’ll focus on driving sales growth by implementing effective optimization strategies tailored to each channel. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing at least two of these platforms and a proven track record of creating and executing strategies that boost visibility, conversion, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Channel
Lead the development of a compelling DTC product strategy that highlights key launches and strengthens brand identity.
Continuously optimize the website for SEO to boost visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, turning insights into actionable growth strategies.
B2B Channel
Oversee and maintain accurate, up-to-date product listings on the franchise portal.
Ensure all B2B offerings are well-merchandised and launched on schedule to meet business needs.
Amazon Marketplace (AMZ)
Create and execute a tailored product strategy designed to maximize sales and visibility on Amazon.
Strategically develop unique SKUs, focusing on top-priority products (e.g., fizz, kits, merchandise).
Monitor and leverage customer reviews to improve rankings and algorithm performance.
Evaluate Seller Central vs. Vendor Central options to optimize results.
Understand and apply Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) tools to drive traffic and sales.
Other Online Marketplaces
Build differentiated strategies for additional marketplace channels — either complementing Amazon efforts or serving as liquidation outlets.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify assortment opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
Channel & Product Management
Own the end-to-end management of product listings across all platforms, including brand websites and marketplaces.
Ensure all product information — images, descriptions, SKUs, and pricing — is accurate, consistent, and optimized for conversions.
Leverage SEO and AMS best practices to maximize product discoverability and search performance.
Maintain SKU alignment and manage product databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency across channels.
Order & Customer Support
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all e-commerce platforms.
Process returns, refunds, and requests in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and manage franchise-related requests.
Sales Analysis & Reporting
Generate weekly sales reports using tools such as GoParrot, Square, Amazon Seller Central, and Google Sheets.
Track sales trends, staffing performance, and other KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
Website Optimization & Growth
Partner with the development team to define and refine website feature requirements.
Continuously test, analyze, and implement new strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Ensure all pages are properly tagged and optimized for both paid and organic traffic (search and social).
Sales & Inventory Optimization
Monitor inventory levels, proactively flagging low-stock items and coordinating restocks.
Support internal reporting needs by extracting and organizing SKU data.
Contribute to building and updating the company’s knowledge base, including FAQs and SOPs.
Requirements
Qualifications
1–2 years of e-commerce support experience with a proven track record of managing online sales channels.
Familiarity with key platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and WordPress.
Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs for different channels and the ability to interpret data to guide strategy.
Proficiency with business tools including Google Workspace, Monday.com, and GoParrot.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Self-starter mindset — able to work independently, propose solutions, and contribute to strategic decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with a customer-first approach.
