About the Role

We are looking for HR Generalist / Supervisor to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support strategic initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR functions and a passion for building positive workplace culture, guiding teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HR staff and coordinate daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management
• Support talent acquisition efforts including job postings, interviews, and selection processes
• Handle employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially
• Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of compensation and benefits data
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company policies
• Facilitate employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and performance management cycles
• Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
• Assist in policy development, communication, and implementation
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
