Job descriptionAbility to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously under tight deadlines. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Develop strong, trusted advisor relationships with client decision-makers. Understand client business goals, brand positioning, and marketing challenges. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across ATL, BTL, and Digital. Oversee end-to-end delivery of campaigns (concept > Develop clear client briefs and ensure internal teams (Creative, Digital, Production) Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets with precision. Coordinate with Traffic / Project Managers to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure campaigns are integrated across ATL, BTL, and Digital platforms. Partner with Strategy and Creative teams to deliver impactful campaign solutions. Contribute to brainstorming and idea development for client briefs. Ensure creative outputs align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Provide strategic input in campaign planning, media integration, and Guide and mentor Account Executives and Account Managers. Support team development and encourage best practices in client servicing. Facilitate cross-department collaboration to strengthen integrated campaign delivery. Act as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and client excellence. Guide and mentor Account Executives and Account Managers. Report account health and opportunities to senior leadership.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 5–7 years of account management experience in a creative / advertising / marketing agency.
- Strong track record of managing multi-channel campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital).
- Exceptional client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management and digital campaign tools (e.g., Asana, Trello,
Workamajig, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
