Account Manager - DotYeti
Important Note : This position requires graveyard shift hours (10 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM PHT).
Were looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to help us build strong, lasting relationships with our clients and ensure smooth collaboration with our creative team. You'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end client experience, making sure expectations are aligned, communication is clear, and the final outputs exceed expectations.
What you'll do :
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, understanding their needs, goals, and preferences while keeping them informed throughout the creative process.
- Production Coordination : Oversee the full client-production cycle from onboarding to after-sales support and ensure all deliverables are on time and aligned with client expectations.
- After-Sales Support : Provide professional post-project assistance (e.g., revisions, design requests, and follow-ups) to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution : Address client concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally, protecting and nurturing the client-company relationship.
- Team Alignment : Act as the bridge between clients and creatives assign the right team members to projects and make sure everyone's on the same page.
- Negotiation & Strategy : Handle agreements and requests with both the client and production team with a focus on win-win outcomes.
Our ideal candidate :
Has proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or in a customer service / sales role.Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills.Knows how to manage multiple priorities with excellent time-management and organizational skills.Fluent in Google Workspace (G Suite) tools.Has a basic understanding of market research and negotiation principles.Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about client success.Bonus Points for :
