Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, 1-hour unpaid break | Arizona (Mountain Standard Time)

Requirements
Excellent in English communication skills Previous experience in billing and customer service, preferably within the sub-metering or utility industry. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate billing calculations. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to assist customers professionally. Familiarity with sub-metering software and utility billing systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A candidate who is bilingual will be preferred.
