OVERVIEW :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is dedicated to executing marketing and communication efforts by designing and scheduling social media content, managing email campaigns, and supporting brand consistency across digital platforms.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all posts, newsletters, and updates follow our visual and tone guidelines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced with Canva, and confident in content execution — particularly within recruitment or finance industries.
This is a hands-on, execution-only position that does not require strategic planning. Instead, you will work independently from a set content calendar and proactively manage publishing timelines with minimal supervision.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Social Media Management
Edit, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Prepare and manage 3 weekly posts for the MD’s LinkedIn profile
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and visuals
Perform light video editing (e.g., subtitles, intro / outro)
2. Email Marketing & Newsletters
Build and send two monthly newsletters (candidate & client segments)
Manage subscriber lists and segment data for targeted messaging
Format email copy and layout using brand templates
3. Website & Job Listings
Update active roles and blog content on WordPress
Maintain accuracy of job postings and website communications
4. Content Calendar Execution
Manage a 3-month rolling pipeline of social / email content
Keep content aligned with key campaigns, events, and seasonal trends
Meet weekly and monthly publishing deadlines
5. Reporting & Insights
Generate monthly performance reports (social engagement, reach, etc.)
Share insights and recommendations with the MD
6. Workflow & Admin Support
Organize past campaigns and keep shared content folders updated
Maintain work schedules and access systems through Practice Protect
7. Branding & Design
Follow brand guidelines on fonts, colors, and layout across all content
Use Canva to create graphics, presentations, and branded templates
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
We are looking for someone who has :
2+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or social media coordination
Strong Canva skills and confidence using templates and brand kits
Experience in recruitment or finance industry marketing preferred
Excellent written English and keen attention to detail
Familiar with basic video editing tools (CapCut, Canva video, etc.)
Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
Comfortable with email platforms and WordPress for updates
Highly organized and deadline-driven
Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn
Proactive communicator with professional polish
Values quality, consistency, and creative accuracy
TYPE OF POSITION, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK :
Part Time Position - 15 hours per week (Potentially require more hours in the long run)
Work From Home Set up
Can work between 9AM to 6PM AEST
Laptop / Desktop (Minimum requirements 16GB RAM, i7 processor & Windows 10)
Internet Speed (Minimum of 15 MBPS}
