About XPay
xPay is an all-in-one payment solution for businesses operating in the US, supporting Zelle, Cash App, Crypto, and PayPal. This pilot project aims to assess market demand and establish an initial client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Twitter / X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, etc.)
- Create eye-catching visuals, short-form posts and simple video content to promote xPay’s services
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments and engage with followers to grow an active community
- Support community-building initiatives in niche industry spaces (iGaming, crypto, fintech businesses)
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify engagement opportunities
- Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing regular reports on reach, engagement and conversions
- Suggest improvements based on performance insights and market trends
- Work closely with the Operations & Partnerships team to align messaging with business goals
- Support digital marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives
Requirements
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or community managementStrong familiarity with major social platforms (Twitter / X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok)Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools for creating social contentExcellent communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and tone of voiceEnthusiasm for fintech, payments, and emerging digital industriesSelf-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently in a remote environmentPreferred
Familiarity with US-based iGaming and crypto industriesExperience with start-up or pilot project environments
