Responsibilities

• Conduct 100+ strategic outbound calls daily to prospective clients in the technology sector
• Generate and set qualified appointments for the sales team through professional phone interactions
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospects to nurture relationships
• Confirm scheduled appointments with clients to ensure optimal meeting attendance and prevent no-shows
• Manage and maintain lead databases by updating contact information and cleaning data
• Research and locate updated contact details for prospects with invalid phone numbers
• Utilize advanced CRM system with integrated calling capabilities for efficient lead management
• Execute proven sales scripts and calling procedures developed by the company
• Track and report on daily calling activities, appointment metrics, and conversion rates
• Support general sales operations and administrative tasks as needed
