Business Development Representative

• What you’ll do 🔑 Business Development & Lead Generation Conduct market and prospect research to identify new business opportunities.
• Perform outreach to target customers via email and phone.
• Coordinate and triage inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Support proposal creation, quoting, and lead follow-ups.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities in Pipedrive CRM .
• 🤝 Client Relationship Support Assist in nurturing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Track communication and follow-ups to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project details and client expectations.
• Support account management with reporting and updates.
• 📊 Operations & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Pipedrive and other contact databases.
• Collect and organize data for business development and marketing efforts.
• Prepare summaries and activity reports for internal and client-facing use.
• Support special projects related to business growth and process improvement.
• About you Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account coordination.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone and via virtual meetings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
• Hands-on experience using Pipedrive CRM (required or strong advantage).
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet goals consistently.

You must have an up-to-date personal laptop or computer, along with reliable, high-speed, and secure internet access.
