Head Project Execution

Oversees project progress, financial performance, and quality assurance, provide strategic leadership and direction to project managers and engineers, communicate projects status to clients, stakeholders, and team members, develop cost-effective strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery, mitigate risks to delays and safeguard the organization's reputation, foster strong client relationships through effective liaison and collaboration, ensure compliance by securing necessary permits and legal documentations in advance, empower project managers and engineers to lead and manage their teams effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitoring build progress, overseeing project financial and ensuring project quality.

Making Strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers / project engineers to implement those decisions.

Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers / project engineers to report on project progress.

Devising cost effective plans to enable effective project completion.

Managing risk to avoid delays or reputational damage.

Liaising with clients and build strong working relationship.

Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.

Managing project managers / project engineers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams.
