Will assists the Assistant Manager and Special Projects Team in their printing, scanning, and filing of project files.
Will coordinate with various project team members on assignments given by the Assistant Manager.
Will follow up on tasks and activities that are committed as part of the project work.
Will ensure constant and proper communication and documentation of all activities.
Does careful records management and filing of Buy Out Documentation including Budget Monitoring Reports.
Ensures confidential matters are kept as such.
Performs related functions and special projects as may be assigned from time to time by the Assistant Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Atleast 2 year admin experience
With experience in hospitality industry
College degree
Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
