HR Project Team - HR Performance and Goal Management Lead
The role is part of the HR Employee Services team, the operational arm of HR focused on delivering efficient, consistent and employee‑focused support to HR policies and procedures. The role aims to deliver SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules to align organizational goals with employee performance.
Responsibilities
- Translate HR policies and processes on performance cycles and goal‑setting into system setups.
- Configure goal libraries, performance forms, and workflow templates.
- Identify issues, if any, and develop alternatives / options with process owners to ensure a match between HR processes and system rules / parameters, supporting a seamless systems workflow that meets the expected process outcomes.
- Develop and execute test scripts for performance management and evaluation.
- Document configurations with version control for knowledge
