The Chief Operating Officer

(COO) is responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring

efficient and effective delivery of patient care across all departments by

managing staff, finances, quality standards, and operational processes,

reporting directly to the President and working closely with other leadership

teams to achieve strategic goals and optimize patient satisfaction.

As COO, he / she is in-charge of the overall management of the strategic

development of the hospital including its future healthcare expansion ventures.

What You'll Do :

🎯 Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring high-quality patient care

📊 Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency

🤝 Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation

📈 Monitor financial performance and develop budgets aligned with goals

🔍 Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

🛠️ Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all departments

What We’re Looking For :

1.

Academic : MBA or MBA-H graduate or College Graduate of Business;

Creative Manager with good organization

and communication skills;

2. Work Experience :

10 years of experience in the same capacity and function. With hospital

background and extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Finance, Marketing

and Business Development.

Other
