Job descriptionAt least 3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands Strong background in content creation, social media marketing, and community engagement Proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar platforms Understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and growth strategies Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to follow established systems and processes while bringing in new creative ideasPortfolio showcasing previous campaigns, content, and m easurable results Willingness to initially work Central Time zone hours (8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM) Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently once trained Full-time position with potential for long-term employment Initial training period working Central Time hours, transitioning to flexible schedule after proving competency Access to established systems, guidelines, and training materials Opportunity to showcase creativity and bring in new strategies once proven Regular communication and feedback sessions with management Potential for multiple hires if the right candidates are found HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring
Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid break
Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow company presence across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, copywriting)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and audience engagement
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely, professional manner
- Participate in weekly one-hour meetings with leadership
- Utilize company-provided tools and platforms for scheduling, analytics, and content creation
