JOB SUMMARY :
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across Pool Pro’s social media platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, creative content production, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns align with seasonal priorities and business goals. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical—skilled in design, copywriting, and video editing, while also confident in measuring results and optimising performance.

Pool Pro (Main Brand)
For the main Pool Pro social media channels, the Social Media Specialist will develop a monthly social media calendar, planned 3–4 months in advance. This will include :
3 posts per week and 5 stories per week on Meta, including 1 lifestyle post, 1 educational carousel, and 1 product-focused post.
2 posts per month on LinkedIn.
1 post per week on Pinterest.
2–3 TikTok videos per month, also sharable on YouTube and Meta platforms.
Engaging copy and hashtags for each post.
Pool Pro Franchise
Pool Pro Wynnum / Manly
Pool Pro Logan
For franchise social media channels, the Social Media Specialist will develop a monthly social media calendar, planned 3–4 months in advance. This will include :
Content from Pool Pro (Main Brand) for Meta, adapted for the franchise account.
Additional local content specific to each franchise, including 1 extra post per week on Meta highlighting the shop (e.g. installations, before / after projects, servicing, or water-testing).
Marketing Hub / Content for B2B Customers
As time allows, the Social Media Specialist will create a library of generic social media assets for certain products or product categories. This includes :
Social media tiles with captions and hashtags.
Website banners.
The goal is to provide a range of ready-to-use content that can be chosen and reused by B2B customers.

Requirements
At least 3 + years’ experience in Digital Marketing Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications Experienced in Web Development and Designing Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines CRM & Email Marketing : Intermediate to advanced skills in Zoho (or similar). We're keen on leveraging this platform even more. WordPress Publishing : Whilst the primary responsibility is publishing articles and blogs, development capability would be an advantage. Design : Intermediate skills in Canva. Social Media : Beginner to intermediate skills. Our focus is on promoting our great work rather than being overly complex. SEO : While we use an external firm for SEO, you'll need to understand how to execute on their instructions and publish according to their guidelines. Analytics and Reporting : Monthly reporting of the success of our marketing efforts across all channels. Strong Organizational Skills : You'll have a lot of balls to juggle, so the ability to prioritize and excel in internal communications is essential.
