This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director located in Silang. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing his / her team, producing sales, and developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance and assisting trippings. The role also involves coordinating with the organic sales team and after sales to ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales (real estate) at least 2 years and up as a sales director with minimum of 3 sales managers and 3 property specialists each
• Has a complete team with him / her
• Strong skills in Sales Operations and Team Management
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Silang
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
