Job Description
- Processing tenancy files for move ins
- Drafting and issuing legal documents
- Work closely with maintenance and property managers to arrange moving in dates
- Ensuring move ins are compliant following processes
- Checking home safety documents are compliant
- Implementing rent increases and issuing renewal contracts
- Liaising with potential tenants answering their queries
- Managing a shared inbox
- Dealing with Welsh and English legislation
- Chasing tenants for rent arrears and updating landlords
- Handling insurance claims
Requirements
Experience in Administrative profession. Preferably within Real Estate industry or within Property ManagementHands on experience in state agency, tenants management, and / or housingSolid working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word) , and the ability to create, edit, and manage PDF files.Experience in Repick CRM and Rent Smart Wales are highly advantageousAbility to talk to customers / clients. Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsComfortable with a fast-paced environment. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong discipline, integrity, and professionalism in handling tasks and responsibilities.Be able to work closely within a team and autonomously. Independent and self-driven, able to work effectively with minimal supervision.Highly adaptable and trainable, with the focus to quickly learn new systems and processes.Must be willing to work hybrid setup following UK Business HoursEquipped with a quiet work-from-home setup and a stable high-speed (fiber) internet connection for uninterrupted operations.A plus if holding a bachelor's degree in a field like business, real estate, project management, or a related subjectBenefits
