Job Description

  • Processing tenancy files for move ins
  • Drafting and issuing legal documents
  • Work closely with maintenance and property managers to arrange moving in dates
  • Ensuring move ins are compliant following processes
  • Checking home safety documents are compliant
  • Implementing rent increases and issuing renewal contracts
  • Liaising with potential tenants answering their queries
  • Managing a shared inbox
  • Dealing with Welsh and English legislation
  • Chasing tenants for rent arrears and updating landlords
  • Handling insurance claims

Requirements

  • Experience in Administrative profession. Preferably within   Real Estate industry   or within   Property Management
  • Hands on experience in state agency, tenants management, and / or housing
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word) , and the ability to create, edit, and manage PDF files.
  • Experience in   Repick CRM and Rent Smart Wales   are highly advantageous
  • Ability to talk to customers / clients.   Excellent written and verbal English   communication skills
  • Comfortable with a   fast-paced environment.   Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong discipline, integrity, and professionalism in handling tasks and responsibilities.
  • Be able to   work closely within a team and autonomously.  Independent and self-driven, able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Highly adaptable and trainable, with the focus to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Must be willing to work   hybrid setup   following   UK Business Hours
  • Equipped with a quiet work-from-home setup and a stable high-speed (fiber) internet connection for uninterrupted operations.
  • A plus if holding a bachelor's degree in a field like business, real estate, project management, or a related subject

    Experience in Administrative profession.
