Talent Enablement - Learning Content Designer

As a member of the Design & Execution team, you get the opportunity to support a wide variety of business partners and build engaging content for COS employees. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Learning Content Designer who is passionate about learning new technologies in the multimedia and digital communications realm.

As a Learning Content Designer in the Talent Enablement – Design & Execution team, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and impactful multimedia content to support the COS organization. Your primary responsibilities will include designing videos, interactive materials, and documents that effectively communicate our business needs. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand and translate business communication needs into compelling multimedia deliverables.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and understand business needs and objectives.
• Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including slides, videos, documents, and interactive materials.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience.
• Apply strong visual design skills to ensure all content is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and aligned with brand standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in multimedia and digital communications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Provide creative solutions to meet diverse communication needs within the organization.
• Be self-sufficient and curious in exploring and learning about the digital tools available at JPMorgan to enhance content creation and delivery.
