Salary & Benefits :
75,000-80,000 monthly depending on experience and qualifications

Job Details
Role purpose : The Warehouse and Logistics Head (Sr. Manager) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution. The role ensures accuracy and efficiency in inventory, seamless order fulfillment, cost-effective logistics planning, and adherence to service quality and compliance standards. The position requires strong leadership to drive team productivity, operational excellence, and budget utilization while supporting business growth.
Key Accountabilities
Lead, Manage, and Be Accountable for Team Productivity – Drive high-performing teams by setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, coaching, and fostering accountability.
Operational Planning & Execution – Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies and daily execution to ensure efficient warehouse and logistics performance.
Overall Inventory Management & Control – Ensure high inventory accuracy, proper cycle counting, shrinkage control, and timely reconciliation.
Overall Logistics Management & Control – Oversee transportation, delivery turnaround, route planning, and logistics partner performance to guarantee timely and consistent service.
Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while embedding best practices in all processes.
Areas of Responsibility
Warehouse Operations – Inbound, storage, picking, checking, and outbound processes; maintain proper warehouse layout and equipment utilization; implement warehouse automation or digital systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Inventory Management – Establish and monitor cycle counting programs; analyze inventory discrepancies, investigate variances, and enforce corrective measures; minimize shrinkage and obsolescence.
Logistics & Distribution – Develop and implement cost-efficient delivery routes; monitor delivery turnaround and ensure route schedule compliance; manage relationships with logistics partners and transport vendors.
Financial & Budget Management – Prepare and manage annual budgets; ensure cost efficiency while maintaining service quality; monitor budget utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.
People Leadership – Lead, coach, and mentor warehouse and logistics supervisors and teams; foster accountability, safety, and continuous improvement; conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.
Compliance & Quality Control – Enforce adherence to policies, SOPs, safety and regulatory standards; implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO, GMP, or other relevant standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management in a senior managerial role.
Proven track record in inventory control, distribution planning, and budget management.
Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or similar industries preferred.
