Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Senior HR Project Manager
- Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects focused on process improvement, digital enablement, and employee experience enhancement.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align project objectives with global people strategies and organizational priorities.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with HR governance standards.
- Embed change management principles to drive engagement, adoption, and long-term sustainability of HR initiatives.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR Operations, Talent, and Technology to ensure cohesive implementation.
- Strengthen HR project management and change management capability within the organization through coaching and best practice sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and systems to support global efficiency and consistency.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior HR Project Manager should have :
- Proven experience leading HR transformation or people-related projects within a complex or global organization.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and governance frameworks (e.g., talent, rewards, HR operations, or employee lifecycle).
- Skilled in change management methodologies and able to integrate them effectively within project execution.
