Warehouse Manager

The DC manager will closely collaborate with 3PL to ensure transportation meets FR requirements, demonstrate strong leadership, and resolve any issues that arise. They will establish the necessary services for FR and build warehouse operations and management that support the company's goals.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in warehouse 3PL management (Experience in importing would be an advantage.), with expertise in warehouse receiving, storage, and shipping operations. Able to set accurate targets, establish a roadmap for improvement, achieve KPIs, and resolve issues.
• Create volume forecasts, input business information into 3PL, manage locations according to business needs, and instruct preparations for operations such as receiving, shipping, and storage.
• Use an inventory management system to manage inventory so that there is no loss or discrepancy.
• Understands the relationships between import, warehousing, and store delivery, and can execute smooth operations in collaboration with warehouse 3PLs and team.
• In order to maintain product quality, we will check warehouse storage conditions and incoming and outgoing operations, and request improvements as problems are discovered.
• During the busy periods of November and December, as well as twice-yearly sales peaks such as Thanksgiving, you are able to work on weekends and public holidays in order to provide accurate judgements and instructions to 3PL.
