The Role :
- Troubleshoot EV charger issues or escalate to manufacturers.
- Communicate with customers and technicians via Five9 SoftPhone.
- Monitor equipment performance and uptime; escalate as needed.
- Follow up on open tickets with manufacturers, providers, and internal teams.
- Meet SLA targets for MTTA / MTTR, including emergencies and VIPs.
- Participate in daily team stand-ups and collaborate effectively.
- Consistently achieve performance and work goals.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve tickets.
- Perform additional assigned tasks.
Requirements :
Associate / Bachelor’s degree, vocational training, or relevant certifications.Basic knowledge of electrical concepts (voltage, current, power).Experience with wireless carriers, including troubleshooting, provisioning, and deactivation.Familiarity with LAN / WAN, TCP / IP, VPNs, and OSI layer troubleshooting.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to work shifts and hybrid schedules.Benefits :
