Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to EV chargers.
Communicate with customers and technicians via Five9 SoftPhone.
Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues.
Follow up on open tickets with manufacturers and internal teams.
Meet SLA targets for ticket acknowledgment and resolution.
Collaborate with team members and other departments.
Maintain high performance and quality standards.
Perform additional assigned tasks.
Qualifications :
Associate / Bachelor’s degree, vocational course, or relevant certifications.
Basic electrical knowledge (voltage, current, power).
Experience with wireless carriers and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with LAN / WAN, TCP, VPN, and OSI layers.
Strong English communication skills.
Willingness to work shifting and hybrid schedules.
