Requirements

• Education :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in banking operations and risk management.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Experience :
• At least 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
• Experience with sales strategies and customer relationship management.
